Pijao es un sitio donde no corre el tiempo, un poco alejado de otros pueblos de turismo masificado y hay un montón de actividades para hacer.No os defraudará. Hostal Casa Victoria Pijao es un alojamiento modesto, pero con un encanto especial. La Directora Doña Luz , es una persona especial, os va ayudar, os va recomendar sitios mágicos. y su plática enriquecedora, es un plus impagable. Os aseguro que no lleva comisión de nada de lo que os aconseja. Es un sitio especial, regido por una persona especial, para gente especial. La llevaremos en nuestro recuerdo un placer Doña Luz

Nous avions la chambre double avec salle de bain à l’extérieur. Ce n’était pas du tout un problème pour nous mais nous ne recommanderions pas forcément cette chambre car elle n’a pas de fenêtre pour aérer (c’est assez humide dedans) et le matelas mériterait d’être changé car il fait vraiment la cuvette. Les autres chambre avaient l’air très bien, nous aurions dû choisir celles-ci !

Luz, la propriétaire, était accueillante disponible et de bon conseil !! L’hostel est très mignon et la vue est superbe

This is a comfortable, historic home in a quiet town. Luz is a wonderful host and makes the space feel like home! Lots of friendly people to meet and places to explore in this area too (coffee/cacao farms, cafes, cultural centers, playing tejo). The town comes to life during the weekend (Fri-Sun) when people from surrounding fincas come to sell market goods and do weekly shopping.

Good location in the nice small town of Pijao, with a very helpful and nice lady who helped us find guides and do excursions. She made the place well worth it. The house is rustic and full of charm, and the room we had was very large, clean and airy. Beds we comfortable, and there’s a nice sitting area where birds show up at times. Communal toilet and shower was fine.

The thin walls don’t stop the traffic sounds outside, so it’s a bit noisy. Probably better to look for a room facing the garden side.

The house is delightful with great deco with wide floor boards and high ceilings. It’s clean and quiet, being just a 5 min stroll from the town plaza. Luz the host, is a lovely woman with a passion for sharing her Colombian heritage. My Spanish language level is beginner but she really helped me to speak it as much as possible.
