Breakfast was ok Location for me it was ok for the places I need it to gom

That when I book didn’t said Pool was close for repairs

Lovely pool area, spacious rooms and helpful staff

Could do with some more kitchen utensils. Surrounding area not safe to walk around at night

Room has full kitchen but lacked cooking utensils, oven tray, more plates, cutlery and another saucepan would be handy, no where locally to eat out

Very spacious, quiet location, cleanliness of a high standard, pleasant staff especially the guys working on the main gate. Free coffee in the morning and some basic savoury/sweet snacks.

There are a few reasons that I would not recommend a stay here for a San Jose experience. Firstly the location....not very close to the City which means Taxi, Uber or driving. Secondly despite the fact the accommodation has a kitchen there is very little provided that would enable you to cook a meal and no supermarkets in the immediate area without using some form of transport. The pool is OK but be prepared for big groups of locals who come for the day and totally take over the place with little respect for anyone else. Reception staff showed a general lack of interest and once again no local information given which seems to be the norm these days.

There was a small choice of pastries available, the coffee machine in the coffee area didn’t work on my second day.
