Nos gustó la amabilidad de las señoras que estaban a cargo del desayuno y del aseo, fueron cordiales y atentas.

Al ingreso no hay baranda para sujetarse y subir los escalones (mi madre de tercera edad debía afirmarse en mí) y en el piso de la ducha no tienen goma antideslizante por lo que mi madre no pudo usarla, y yo debí estar constantemente afirmada a una barandita. Lo anterior demuestra que no están preparados para recibir personas con capacidad disminuida. En cuanto al desayuno, no era variado, ni los productos comprados eran de calidad, como el trocito de pie de limón que sirvieron los 4 días.
