El lugar es precioso, la vista desde la ventana era bien bonita y las personas que atendían muy amables y cálidas, fue un agrado ir a Hotel Nueve Ríos

Un día, hubo olor desde el baño por harto rato. Me imagino que es bueno comentarlo por si significara algo más complejo, no afectó nuestra estadía, pero sí nos fijamos que olía raro (am y pm).

Petit déjeuner complet, savoureux et servi avec grande attention. Belle vaisselle. Belle et grande chambre, beau plancher dans toute la grande et belle maison. Beau jardin. très bien situé dans une rue calme proche du centre ville.

Très mauvaise isolation phonique intérieure. Bruits de pas, grincements de l'escalier, conversations à l'accueil, conversations des personnes au petit déjeuner. Tout est entendu depuis les chambres du rez-de-chaussée. Nous avons même été réveillés par un chanson d'anniversaire à 7h00...

La amabilidad de algunas personas que atendian, el aseo de la habitacion, y sin ruidos.

El desayuno podria ser más temprano para quienes vamos por trabajo, de madrugada o temprano no hay nadie en recepcion. Avisé que llegaría tipo 5:30 am y la idea era poder esperar en recepción y no afuera en la calle a esa hora, pero no habia nadie y nadie respondía wtsp...

"Hotel con habitaciones cómodas, limpias y con buena atención. Buen desayuno"

El hotel está bien ubicado, es limpio y sus instalaciones son cómodas. El desayuno es abundante, variado y rico. El único problema es que el hotel tiene 3 pisos y no tiene ascensor, por lo que es necesario subir y bajar a las habitaciones superiores por unas escaleras pequeñas. Una de las huéspedes tiene problemas de cadera y de rodilla y si esta información hubiera sido más clara en la web, hubiéramos podido solicitar con anticipación una habitación en el primer piso.

Que sea necesario subir y bajar por escaleras. No es claro en la descripción del hotel que no cuenta con ascensor.

El personal, la habitación cómoda.

Mmm si tuviese que decir algo diría que como es casa antigua, se siente mucho a la persona de arriba, pero llegábamos tan cansados que no era tanto tema jaja.
