La ubicación es excelente, cerca de todo y el personal es muy amable.

El hotel tiene falta de cariño, faltan detalles estéticos, es un lugar que tiene mucho potencial pero está como congelado en el tiempo. Por otra parte, no cuentan con una cocina equipada para uno prepararse algo de tomar o comer.

Estaba muy cerca de la playa Acapulco y cerca de todos los comercios, en conclusión la ubicación excelente

Ruido de un auto que no dejaba de sonar, pedimos ayuda para movernos de habitación y nos dijeron que no, porque ya habíamos entrado, entramos 5 min a dejar los bolsos y nos fuimos, no sabíamos que tendríamos un auto sonando cada 4 min, pudo solucionarse de mejor manera. Finalmente el dueño del auto fue quien nos ayudó y desconectó la batería para que pudiéramos dormir.
