We had a great stay with our baby. Friendly staff. They also provided for free a baby bed. Nice building and comfortable room. Everything was clean. Good breakfast.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, umgeben von Geschäften und Restaurants. Gut zur Besichtigung der Stadt.

Der Zugang von Fußweg über einen Fahrstuhl ist etwas ungewöhnlich.

"Volvería a alojarme en el Hotel"

Desayuno buffet rico y variado, con mucha fruta de la estación, pasteles, pancitos, lacteos, mermeladas, jugos de fruta cafe de grano, etc. Habitaciones abrigadas y ventanas con termopanel para dormir muy tranquilos aunque el hotel se ubique en pleno centro de Chillán. Baño limpio y cómodo con tina de hidromasaje.

Incorporaría más productos para comprar en el lobby, pensando en los pasajeros que llegamos posterior a las 18:00 hrs. Pero para compensarlo, el personal del hotel nos preparó un tecito de cortesía muy tarde pasada las 23:00 hrs. Asi que muchas gracias

Todo el espacio común, habitación y baño muy limpios, excelente atención del personal, muy buena ubicación y desayuno con muchas opciones con constante reposición.

Cama muy cómoda, todo muy limpio. Excelente desayuno. Estaba a media cuadra de la plaza central de chillan. Estacionamiento es seguro.

Había mucho ruido en el pasillo que se sentía en la habitación. Podría mejorar la aislacion acústica de la puerta
