Cabañas La Pradera

El lugar fue lo mejor , las cabañas están dentro de una propiedad muy grande , con muchos árboles y hasta senderos internos, separadas unas de otras lo que te da mayor tranquilidad. Me gustó que tuvieran la opción PET friendly, uno de nuestros perros que ya está viejito y ya casi no ve ni escucha , de repente se despareció , lo buscamos de noche y de día y no fue posible hallarlo. Continuamos nuestro viaje sin él creyendo que lo habíamos perdido, sin embargo los dueños muy amables se comprometieron a preguntar en el lugar y correr la voz hasta que dos días después de habernos marchado nuestro french poodle miniatura ( copo ) apareció, vagando junto a otros perros de la zona, por fortuna nos llamaron y yo me desplace de nuevo al lugar y lo recuperamos gracias a ellos

La conexión de internet es muy débil, aunque es claro que no depende del hotel, sino del proveedor del servicio, en nuestro caso, después de buscar a copito de noche y no hallarlos entramos a la cabina y nos preparamos para ir a cenar , y resultó que el llavín de la puerta no abría porque dejamos la llave puesta por el lado afuera , después de casi 30 minutos de intentar llamar a la recepción, mi esposa halló una esquina en una de las habitaciones donde el celular captó una débil señal de internet y así pudimos llamar para que llegaran a abrirnos la puerta. Cosas que pasan y a la cual tratamos de hallarle el lado humorístico.

Nothing

The property is absolutely gorgeous, we had a great time touring the paths and hiking trails throughout the property and loved the pool.

Everything about this stay was excellent. We had a bungalow with all the necessary amenities, and even though there is no air conditioning, it is absolutely not needed here as it cools down nicely in the evenings and mornings. The windows can be opened and have mosquito screens, which makes it very comfortable. The place is kept very clean, and the staff is incredibly helpful with booking activities and answering any questions. Truly a great stay.

Honestly nothing, except that we could not stay longer:)

The staff were excellent. Very helpful with washing our clothes, booking tours and showing us where the sloth was. The on-site restaurant was excellent with a good choice of vegetarian dishes.

Small niggle that the wifi was not great. But it was a good excuse to get off the screens and make the most of the surrounding nature.

The grounds were lovely and the staff was very helpful and welcoming.

The beds were not very comfortable, there were tiny ants all over the kitchen, and our fridge was leaking. It was more expensive than the other accommodation on our trip and didn't have AC and the pool was super dirty.

Location, garden, surroundings, staff, clean-very clean!

Bad internet (wifi)

Gardens were lovely highlighting the surrounding nature, and the variety of birds is incredible

Pool was freezing so couldn't go in for a dip. The walk into town up a long hill may be too hard for some.
