Santa Cruz Boutique Hotel

The person at the reception was amazing, unfortunately I forgot his name. I normally only give 10/10 to places that on top of being great have something truly unique, like extraordinarily beautiful building or views, something that stays with you after the stay. With this place, it was the person working the reception while I was there. He makes this place a true gem instead of just another great hotel.

Die Dusche im Zimmer gab leider nur kaltes Wasser. Die warmen Speisen beim Frühstück waren leider nur noch lauwarm bis kalt, wobei das Frühstück insgesamt lecker war

Un super hôtel, accueil incroyable, nous avons même eu une chambre meilleure que celle qui était prévue. L’emplacement est idéal. Rien à dire.

Le sens du service, le personnel était vraiment à l’écoute. La sécurité de l’établissement est aussi un point fort.

Sehr gute zentrale Lage. Ein Hotel mit absolut westlichem Standard. Zimmer schön groß und gemütlich, zudem eine eigene große Terrasse. Die Zimmer sind leise. Nett ist auch ein Begrüßungstrunk, den man beim Einchecken bekommt.
