Elevator didn’t work and locked out of room due to lock malfunction, but staff were quick to help

beautifully renovated boutique-style hotel, friendly and accommodating staff, cosy vibe, modern and clean amenities, parking available, close to the old port and marina, in-room robes and slippers, room service available (I needed some oat mylk first thing in the morning and they offered to bring it upstairs to me)

- music was blasting downstairs till 4:30am (opposite was a club/bar) - uncomfortable pillows - mattress topper would have helped soften the mattress and give it more cushion - I was told to call reception to open the gate to the parking and after a night out, I called several times and found the receptionist in full-view standing across the road chatting to security at the club. once I managed to gain access into the carpark, i took the remaining car spot, and the door leading into the hotel from the carpark was locked, so I had to make my way back out onto the road and enter from the front (for safety reasons, these logistics should be sorted).
