En la oferta indica que tiene estacionamiento privado y realmente está en la calle con cero seguridad, al reclamar y querer cancelar la reserva no se hacen cargo ni realizan la devolución del dinero a pesar de describir engañosamente las características del estacionamiento. Muy mal realmente, imposible dejar un vehículo en plena avenida adnportas de robos, eso no lo indican en la descripción al ofrecerlo.

Es un alojamiento muy práctico para estar en Santiago, en un barrio muy tranquilo. Cerca de muchas atracciones De Santiago, centros comerciales. El desayuno, preciso y una muy buena selección de alimentos. Muy bien preparados. Cuidan los detalles.

El baño de la habitación de esta vez está mal diseñado. Se moja todo cuando te bañas, me resultó muy incómodo. No es así el de otras habitaciones que me tocaron antes. Mis comentarios del Hotel antes fueron un 10, con esta habitación esta vez, no me resultó la misma experiencia.
