Sensacional. Funcionários prestativos, localização maravilhosa, a gnt saia esquiando do hotel para o lift, a piscina com agua do vulcao é deliciosa. Tiramos 6 dias para esquiar. Único problema é que o chuveiro do nosso quarto não esquentava direito, agua era morna. De resto, 10/10.

localização excelente, equipe super atenciosa, piscina interna muito boa, restaurante bom tambem

instalações de quarto e banheiro são antigas, quarto pequeno e banheiro bem antigo inclusive com problemas de vazamento e instalações..... deixou muito a desejar
