"Wish I'd spent more and stayed somewhere else."

Well, it was a roof over my head and the staff were pleasant and cheerful. The bed was ok. But that was about as far as I can go. The saving grace is its next to El Bote which is a great restaurant in Puerto Natales and not too far away from Holaste coffee shop which is the best coffee I could find in Chile.

It's not the hotel's fault but directly opposite is a noisy night club which offers free of charge moronic music played by a moronic DJ until 3:30 am in the morning by which stage I was thinking homocidal thoughts about the DJ and I wanted to rip the bass speakers to splinters. The shower and toilet in room 10 work but you wouldn't want to be of a claustrophobic disposition. The breakfast is exceptional but not in a good way.

Удивительно доброжелательное отношение, персонал просто выше всяких похвал- обстановка просто семейного уюта- особо хочется отметить Hugo Barriga- чудный мальчик, который был на только к нам расположен, готов помочь- что это украсило наше пребывание несомненно. Спасибо ему!

Надо быть готовым к сложностью понимания в связи с тем, что многие менеджеры не владеют английским и основной контакт через электронный переводчик

Las instalaciones ni corresponden a un hotel. Habitación pequeñísima, por ser la construcción de madera el ruido es muy molesto, chapas de puertas mal estado, considero que está sobrevalorada su calificación de hotel y Solo nos desprestigia ante los extranjeros.
