Piccolo hotel nel centro di puerto Natales. Posizione ottima. Personale gentile e disponibile. Colazione semplice ma buona

La ubicación central, cerca de todo y el personal muy amable.

Habitantes calurosas, agregaría un ventilador en las habitaciones. Y mejoraría un poco el piso del segundo nivel ya que hace mucho ruido.

The bathroom. The cabin was out of order

The location was great, very central and close to all the shops and restaurants. The staff, especially Hugo, were helpful, though some of them were new and pretty confused. Breakfast snacks were wiating for us early in the morning when we had early-morning tours.

The hotel could really use some renovations. Soundproofing was non-existent and we could hear people talking in the room next door. The floors creak really loudly so you can hear everyone walking past your room. Breakfast was repetitive every morning. Some eggs would be a nice change at least once a week. Towels and linens weren't changed for the 5 nights we were there. It took about 5mins for the hot water in the shower to come.

La amabilidad del personal y la ubicación.

Mucho ruido de los baños vecinos. En mi caso ocupé la habitación N°11 donde se sentía el trafico de pasajeros al subir-bajar escaleras y rumbo al comedor.
