Quisiera comenzar comentando que nuestra experiencia aquí fue muy mala , desde nuestra llegada el hotel no contaba con alguien que estuviése esperándonos , tuvimos que esperar cerca de 10 min para que alguien apareciera y nos diera nuestra habitación , en la cual pasamos una muy mala noche la que los colchones son viejos y muy incómodos, al mismo tiempo el internet no funciona bien la señal es casi nula, por otro lado algo que no t comentan es que si quieres usar el aire acondicionado tiene un valor extra de $20.000 pesos chilenos , pedimos un cambio de habitación y si bien lo resolvieron el agua salió fría durante 2 días de la ducha y nadie lo resolvió a pesar de haber informado al equipo . No recibimos ninguna explicación ni nada . Por otro lado el desayuno deja mucho que desear , una verdadera pena Considerando que el valor se esté lugar no es bajo .

"Buen entorno, pero requiere más dedicación"

El lugar es agradable.

No hay personal casi a ningún horario, tienes que autoatenderte. El desayuno parte a las 8, y si tienes que salir antes no hay café. La cabaña es calurosa en las noches, especialmente en el 2 piso, y no hay opción de abrir las ventanas. Las almohadas requieren renovarse.

Las instalaciones y la atención del personal

El hotel estaba lleno y no había personal suficiente, para el desayuno el hotel atiende al publico de afuera adicional a los que se alojan, es buffette y la única persona que atiende a esta hora la cafetería no da abasto así haga su mejor esfuerzo, decidimos no tomarlo, aun habiéndolo pagado en la tarifa del hotel.

Respecto al precio, el desayuno podría ser mejor porque la fruta no estaba fresca y los pasteles tampoco estaban frescos.
