Atendimento, hotel tinha boas instalações mas estavam negligenciadas. Piscina suja e cheia de pombos. Jacuzzi suja e sem funcionamento. Embaixo da cama muito sujo. O restaurante só servia lanche e não abria à noite conforme anúncio. Os recepcionistas e serviçais do hotel iam embora a qualquer horário e vc não podia contar com eles. Ficávamos completamente sozinhos no hotel. Você não podia usar a sala de estar pois o vigia noturno dormia ali no sofá, e inclusive usava o banheiro feminino de porta aberta. O aquecimento central não estava funcionando. Acabou o gás do hotel e uma noite tivemos que sair para jantar sem tomar banho.

Que le desayuno sea solamente a las 8am. El ruido entre habitaciones, se escucha todo.

Firstly, we faced significant communication difficulties, as none of the staff seemed to speak English. This made even simple requests quite challenging and frustrating. Additionally, the room lacked air conditioning and was very stuffy. Opening the window was not a viable solution either, as it let in many insects. Without any form of ventilation, the humidity in the room became very uncomfortable. We stayed 5 nights at this hotel and requested our towels to be changed during our stay, but we were surprised to be asked to pay an extra fee for this basic service, which we found unreasonable. Another major issue was the bathtub — it was extremely high, requiring a small ladder to get in and out. I actually slipped and fell while using it, which I believe poses a serious safety risk. Overall, we did not find the stay to be comfortable and were quite disappointed by several aspects that did not meet expectations.

A beautiful hotel with comfortable rooms. The pool area is great. Good breakfast with fresh fruits. Free drinking water on the rooms. Friendly service :)

Bad wifi connection in the rooms, but works fine in the common areas.

Clean, loved the swimming pool which was super refreshing after a day in the desert, staff was super nice.

The safe didnt work and the bed wasnt very comfy
