Location was very good. Had a meeting in the museum in the morning and was very close.

With out any staff onsite dealing with any questions was impossible. Asked for two hour late check out. Was given the answer we could pay for it at breakfast. No mention on the cost. As we did not want to pay, we asked it there was a location to store the bags. Never received an answer to this question. I think they want you to check out, but it was way to inconvenient to find your reservation number to do so. I saw other people struggling with check in and spending more time than necessary to get their room. Their system of automated check in had its problems. The room was on multiple levels. For safety purposes, I would suggest some kind of night light as the bed was very close to the stairs. There was no air conditioning. Could have a fan for the room
