Excellent location close to Colonnade

Reception staff not at all welcoming and with very little English. Breakfast was very basic and we were told off for sitting at the favourite table of a regular customer although there wasn't a reserved notice on the table. Public areas very institutional with the atmosphere of a care home. Hotel clientele are nearly all elderly users of its spa facilities. Not a cheerful place to stay for our short break in Marienbad to view its historic centre

location and architecture

hotel is old and worn out. yes, it is clean and somehow maintained, but everything is from the good old days. shover tub was broken and smells sewerage, I had to plug it for the night.

Great location, parking available

Bit outdated, especially the bathroom. Could use some renovation.

Breakfast is very good. Location is very good.

For dinner was no fresh salads. I has e-mail with confirmation for room with balcony. But in reception the staff wanted additional price for balcony. Sometimes the room was not cleaned.

the location is so great that it really cannot be better. the rooms with balconies are so pleasant that one can only wish for a longer stay!!!

only 2 things stopped me from giving this hotel 10/10- firstly the beds- not comfortable at all the coffee at breakfast
