Čistota, dostatek místa

Měkká postel, malá TV nevhodně uložená, Zásuvky na dobíjení mobilu u postele za nočním stolem dole, zcela nevhodně uložené.Slečna v recepci pomalá, bez zájmu,nemožnost check in předem. Při snídani špatně fungující kávovar, po dotazu na řešení situace výrok zmáčkněte si jiný knoflík, štrůdl syrový, nedopečený.
