The bed was fine.

The room had not been finished.No underlay on the floor under the carpet.The shower drain was blocked ,so the water flooded out towards the room.Lack of heating in winter.

Poloha hotelu. Přístup personálu.

Po celém hotelu včetně restaurace byly cítit odpady. To značně ovlivnilo naše hodnocení. Zklamala nás i čistota...prkénko se myje i ze spodu.

"Neočekávali jsme luxus, ale i ve skromných podmínkách lze udržet čistotu a to zde chybí."

Hned vedle skanzenu a centra Rožnova

Špatně uklizený pokoj, neumytá koupelna. Ručník jeden malý, nižší kvality. Snídaně nebyla v ceně, jen za příplatek 200kč a navíc až od 9h., což pro služební pobyt nelze využít. Velký hluk v noci na chodbě, možná by stačilo vyměnit vnitřní šoupací dveře za pevné. Je hodně co zlepšovat, bohužel škoda potenciálu, lokalita je výborná.
