Aufzug war von 22 Uhr bis 7 Uhr nicht in Betrieb.

This is such a beautiful building, and it’s in a perfect location. The staff are lovely, and the breakfast is great.

The only drawback is the parking. The hotel has several paid parking spots in an area just off the street that is completely accessible to the public (it’s a little hard to explain it unless you see it). If you find a spot when you arrive, you’re given a little card for your dashboard to show that you belong. BUT it doesn’t guarantee you a spot! Although there’s a watchman during the day, other cars do sneak in. And there aren’t enough spots for all the guests with cars. Street parking is complicated; I haven’t even tried to figure it out. If this happens to you, probably the easiest thing is to park in the parkade called ‘Rychtarka.’ It’s a bit of a hike, but the rates are reasonable and it least you know that you won’t be towed away.

Man hatte ein Anliegen was nicht funktionierte, wurde zweimal angesprochen, es wurde aber nicht behoben und es gab auch keine Rückmeldung. Badezimmer wurde leider nicht gut gereinigt, z.B. Kaffee Flecken auf Lavabo Tisch nach zwei Tagen immer noch nicht gereinigt.

Umístění hotelu je fajn. Je to v centru.

Na pokoji ve třetím patře neuvěřitelný smrad z odpadu. Měli by s tím něco dělat. Bylo to jako spát vedle močůvky. Větrat pořádně nejde, protože pokud otevřete okno (bez sítí proti hmyzu) vám začne do pokoje nalétávat holub.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer sauber und mit allem Wichtigen ausgestattet. Einige Möbel dürften ersetzt werden, dies ist aber lediglich meine persönliche Meinung. Das Bett war jedenfalls bequem und passend gross. Das Morgenessen hatte eine gute Auswahl an Möglichkeiten.

Parkplätze kann man leider nicht reservieren. Ich hatte Glück, Gäste nach mir nicht mehr. Die Lage in der Altstadt führte bei mir dazu, dass ich über Nacht das Fenster aufgrund des Lärms schliessen musste. Ob es tatsächlich einen Klavierspieler beim Morgenessen braucht, bezweifle ich. Mich störte es, berieselt zu werden - anderen Gästen gefiel es.
