Lokalizacja oraz możliwość parkowania na terenie hotelu. Personel też starał się jak mógł.

Brak działającej klimatyzacji. Przy temperaturze na zewnątrz ok 38 stopni, w nocy ponad 20 stopni, przebywanie w pokoju hotelowym było koszmarem. Szczególnie w nocy.

Location is really great and bed was comfortable

AC is extremely loud and didn't properly cool down the room. Staff was very passive aggressive when I asked them about the AC. In general the staff turned very unfriendly as soon as something negative was mentioned (noticed a couple of conversations with staff and other guests). Room also had several visible spots that were not properly cleaned in a while. Unclear to me how this hotel had 4 stars...

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut.

Der Preis von 25 € für das Frühstück ist sehr teuer Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Die Temperatur im Zimmer war bei 30° Die Fernbedineung des Fernsehgerätes hat nicht funktioniert

Die Lage

Klimaanlage ging nicht, Matratze war nicht gut, unheimlich enge Parkgarage für 20€, enge Dusche. Im ganzen Haus schlechte Luft. Wir konnten die ganze Nacht nicht schlafen, weil es so warm war und die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert hat.
