Maybe the breackfast was too simple but acceptable

The personnel is very friendly and left alone to handle all issues.

The lift were not working and it was said to us that the issue occured on thursday (we arrived on friday) but reading the reviews, it seems that this an old problem. WSe had a room in the 9th floor and the ladies offered us their help to bring our luggage, of course i refused it. On saturday, we came back to our romm at 17h30 and the room was not cleaned. As a compensation, we were offered 2 free drinks, what a poor solution to keep custo+ers happy. The breackfast is very poor, you have to choose a menu, I never saw that before. The hotel claims to have 4 stars but desrves ONLY 2. It seems that the managers do not care about all the reviews, I read them back to August and nothing changed, they better try to do something to make custo+ers coming back. For me, it is the first and last time. @ Booking.com: The pictures shown looks nice but the realitu is differente, if you care about your customers, you should take this hotel from your list.
