"Fint hotel til en enkelt overnatning - men ikke egnet til gangbesværede."

Den centrale beliggenheden tæt på gode spisemuligheder. Venligt og hjælpsomt personale

Mange trapper og ingen elevator. Svag duft af røg på gangene. Stilforvirring. Hotellet havde et lyst romantisk ydre, men værelserne var indrettede minimalist og upersonligt med mørkt interiør.

Die Lage fand ich gut.

Die Inneneinrichtung ist ok, allerdings sind auf dem Flur sehr viele merkwürdige Flecken und die Ausstattung des Zimmers war ok. Das Frühstück war recht minimalistisch, aber auch ok. Das Preis-Leitungsverhältnis war etwas nicht ganz angemessen

Die Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich. Jedoch erwartet man ein andere Einrichtung, wenn man das Hotel von außen betrachtet. Das Personal ist super nett und freundlich.

Der Check-in nach 20 Uhr gestaltete sich etwas kompliziert. Nach einem erfolglosen Anruf auf der angegebenen Nummer erhielt ich den Zugang zu meinem Zimmer schließlich über WhatsApp-Kontakt. Das Frühstück war für den Preis enttäuschend. Um 7:00 Uhr war das Buffet nicht vollständig bestückt (es fehlte u. a. Käse), und die Auswahl war insgesamt recht begrenzt.

Zentrale Lage in Kamen am Marktplatz

Es war die teuerste und schlechteste Unterkunft auf unserer 7tägigen Radreise durch das Ruhrgebiet. Die Teppiche sind abgetragen und müssten dringend erneuert werden. Das Bad insbesondere die Dusche war so klein, das man sich dauernd gestoßen hat. Steckdosen zum Laden von Equipment sollten aufgestockt werden. Personal könnte zum Teil wesentlich freundlicher sein. Das Hotel hatte definitiv wesentlich bessere Zeiten.
