Enttäuschender Service beim Frühstück: Erst bei der Ankunft erfuhren wir, dass das gebuchte Frühstück wegen zu geringer Auslastung ausfällt. Besonders ärgerlich: Die Behauptung, man hätte uns vorab nicht erreichen können, ist schlichtweg falsch. Das Hotel hatte uns kurz zuvor noch über Booking kontaktiert, um Zusatzinfos zu senden – die Absage des Frühstücks wurde dabei jedoch verschwiegen.

Prima ontbijt, rust en reinheid, gezellig. Heerlijke lakens, mooi opgemaakt.

Te warme kamer, wij hebben het raam open gezet. Waar die warmte vandaan kwam, weten wij niet want de verwarmingen stonden uit.
