The location great and the staff are very helpful.

The hotel is on the top of a steak restaurant which is not great if I am being honest.

Nothing

Rooms are very cold, the heating wasn’t working and outside is snowing which is not normal. This problem was also with my colleagues’ rooms

This is a room only venue and breakfast was not included. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I booked this as a base, due to travelling for work. It was excellent value for money.

My room had a double bed, but it was a single Duvet, which took a bit of getting used to.
