Freundlichkeit des Personals, tolles Frühstück

Top location, great staff and overall good facilities, good breakfast and good parking space. The air conditioner in our room didn't function well, but the staff was kind enough to provide us a new room the next day. However, we realized that air conditioners weren't operational yet because it wasn't all that warm outside yet (around Easter).

An operational air-conditioning/cooler would have helped as the room was getting warmer due to sunny days.

Hotel on the edge of the city centre was excellent for walking into town. Room was adequate. Parking was on site in an underground parking area, but sadly without video control. Some of the personnel were excellent and very helpful.

Concern over evening security as the hotel is located near to where less fortunate individuals exist on the street and the main entrance was not controlled as we returned at 11:00pm. Anybody could walk in and gain direct access to all floors and room areas. Breakfast ran until 10:00am, although replenishment of the buffet was almost none existent after 9:30. Too many of the personnel encountered were simply doing their job to the lowest acceptable level. It did not seem that anybody present was in charge to motivate or encourage.
