Werkelijk alles in dit hotel klopt. Rustige ligging met prachtig uitzicht. Persoonlijke en vriendelijke ontvangst. Vriendelijkheid van alle personeel en aandachtigheid naar gasten toe. Uiterst properheid van heel het met smaak ingericht hotel. Ruimte van de kamers, goede bedden, prima badkamer met alles wat je nodig hebt. Een volledig ontbijt met ruime keuze. En een heerlijk restaurant. Door dit alles zijn prijs meer dan waard!

Very nicely decorated room (Chateau M) in a cool hotel located on the outskirts of Baden Baden in a residential neighborhood, so it seems like this was someone’s home at some point & it did have that “homey” feeling. Nice views of the surrounding hills. Very tasty (though repetitive - same options both days) breakfast. Good restaurant albeit one with a somewhat limited menu. Loved the in-room N’espresso machine. Shower/tub in “The Chateau” was a neat feature - just a little tough to get in and out of - ahh, to be young again. Free/included parking very much appreciated and made life much easier. Good communication via Booking.com leading up to the stay, which is how we ended up with the upgrade…

Not as much “dislikes” but things to know: Good distance from town (but that also can be a plus). Limited food options (though what we had was tasty - I just like some variety). They give you this neat old fashioned key but it’s really an electronic lock that took me a while to get the hang of. There’s a lift but it’s really small. We made it work - stairs not too bad. Staff was pleasant and welcoming enough, but could be more friendly and maybe appreciate efforts to strike up conversations, or when a guest tips them, but that’s more of a nitpick on my end. I figured since tipping seems pretty rare here, perhaps it would kinda make their day or something. But nahh. However, the lady who wasn’t there when we checked in or for dinner who looked at me like I didn’t belong or was there to rob the place when I came down for breakfast really rubbed me the wrong way - as if this was a location where people just come off the street to try & mooch a free breakfast. Maybe I just didn’t look right to her or something. Who knows? Oh, and summer is fly season if you eat outside. The beautiful flowers come with bees too. A/C would be great for inside dining. Still a nice place overall & I’d recommend…

Nice hotel with very friendly staff. Food was excellent. Evening Restaurant was superb. Good parking and a very peaceful area. Short drive to Baden Baden about 20minutes.

The bar was very well stocked and has first class wine and nice beer but a nice comfy spot to sit and relax to enjoy the drinks would be nice. It was too cold and wet outside, Just bad timing with poor weather not the hotels fault. Just the dining tables to sit at inside. Wi-Fi could do with a bit of extra power.

Der Service und das große ruhige Zimmer. Es war alles da was man sich wünscht. Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, danke.

i know i arrived a bit too late, yet they managed to still get me a wonderful dinner from the kitchen. the hotel is located off the trodden paths - it is a very quiet neighborhood - perfect for a stop on a motorbike-tour
