Friendliness of the employees Furnishing was awesome and exceptional, very stylish. Have had a suite with sauna and whirlpool, only had to leave for breakfast, tea and dinner. Owner managed hotel, it is a very big difference, you feel it in every situation! Very excellent kitchen

Coffee! Brewed from a fully automatic machine... No portafilter available. Most Germans are fine with that, but you smell the difference, and it is huge, if you're used to a portafilter. I'd also pay more for that, also at breakfast and tea time. This would have been the icing on the cake, it's a complain at a very high level.
