La situation de l'hôtel, les petits déjeuners, la salle du restaurant et ses vues magnifiques sur les vallées,la propreté des lieux de séjour (les parties communes) et la gentillesse du personnel.

Pas de WIFI dans la chambre alors qu'il était annoncé WIFI gratuit dans l'hôtel !Il fallait aller au bout du couloir du 4e pour avoir le WIFI. Pendant toute la durée de mon séjour ma chambre n'a jamais été faite.,ni le lit, ni le nettoyage de la chambre ni la poubelle vidée ,ni les essuies changés.

Por error no llamé a tiempo para decir que llegaríamos tarde y nos generó dudas cómo conseguir las llaves para entrar. Nos las dejaron en un sitio visible y no tuvimos ningún problema pero me hubiera gustado haber recibido un mensaje o llamada explicándolo. Nos habría ahorrado el estrés del momento hasta ver las llaves.
