Die Lage ist top. Der Wellness Bereich ist okay.

Das Bett war nicht sauber. Haare am Kopfteil. Diverse Krümel, Haare und anderes Undefinierbare zwischen Matratze und Kopfteil. Aus den Duschen im Wellnessbereich kommt kaum Wasser, reicht nicht um sich kurz abzuduschen. Ich wollte direkt an der Rezeption ein Zimmer buchen, angeblich war volle Belegung. Über Booking com hatte ich 5 Minuten später ein Zimmer. Das Personal ist teilweise arrogant, nicht alle. Hunde darf man gegen Bezahlung mitbringen, sind aber nirgendwo erlaubt.

Morgens waren die Wege trotz Schneefalls geschippt. Sehr höfliches und feundliches Personal. Ausgezeichnetes Essen.

Konfusion beim Auschecken. Es war nicht möglich die Zahlungen für die 2 Zi korrekt zu trennen. Das hat den ansonsten sehr schönen Aufenthalt etwas getrübt. Um dieses Durcheinander zu vermeiden, sollte man getrennt buchen.
