The staff is splendid!!! The food is delicious. And there are great pool options, warm or fresh water. Very clean. And many areas to relax. It was a great getaway

2 things were not great. One the fake rustic decoration of the hotel, for example the fireplace is just a light and sound, it's not real fire. The wood is fake so it has not the smell of the rustic style it seems. Second, I was "half" upset about the room, booked a suite and it was not as in the pictures at all. It was nice yes, but very different to what it is shown in Booking and I didn't like that. The sauna which was the reason I chose this option was just a light, it didn't make sauna at all. I was disappointed even when the room was nice.

"Beautiful place, lots of relaxation."

The property, the pool/sauna area and the rooms are beautiful. wWe received a free upgrade for our room and the room was stunning. one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. The food was also very good. Both my husband and I are vegan, the wonderful chef made extra dishes for us. we really appreciated that.

One person at the reception was rude and incompetent. Just one, however. The staff overall was nice.
