Super Lage und gut erreichbar zu Fuß. Sehr gutes Frühstück

Die Matratzen waren sehr dünn und unbequem.

Schönes Haus, sehr gut gelegen, Zimmer hatte Blick auf See, ruhige Gegend, sehr freundliches Personal.

Zimmer roch muffig nach Skikeller, wahrscheinlich wegen altem Teppichboden. Bad war nicht gut geputzt. Bettbezug war klamm.

Breakfast was ok but rather standard, e.g. there were no Weißwürste as usual in a Bavarian hotel.

I paid the price of a luxury hotel, but there was no luxury. Examples: there is unfortunately no reception, you have to get your keys from a box and a code which you have to find or get via a phone call; the lock of the room door was not working properly, it took me 20 min to enter the room; I was not able to stand in the shower because of the low level of the ceiling; there was mildew in the shower; the DC connection in the bath was broken (very dangerous, the open cables were not covered); it was dangerous to walk in the room because of metal on the low level ceiling from lamps from the 80s; the rowing machine in the sports room was out of order; you have to leave at 10:00 (standard is 12:00), the so called Badeteich was a joke - nobody could swim there, the water was very dirty, the ladder to the Badeteich was very old and out of order.

Sehr gutes Frühstück und sehr freundliches Personal.

No reception, online check-in but no signal around the house. Old bathroom.
