Park-Hotel

Besonders die Lage direkt neben der Kristalltherme machte diese Unterkunft für mich besonders attratkiv. Das Frühstück in Büffet-Form war vielseitig und gut. Die Kommunikation gestaltete sich ganz unproblematisch.

Ein stötungsfreies TV-Gerät am Abend wäre nett gewesen; nach kurzer Zeit erschien die Info auf dem Bildschrim "Tuner überlastet - bitte Neztstecker ziehen". Das hat den Aufenthalt allerdings nicht negativ beeinflusst.

Die Nähe zur Kristalltherme ist genial. Wir haben die Abende auf dem Balkon genossen.

Ideally located. Low price.

Staff does not reply to messages and emails at all. Telephone needed 5 calls to get in touch. Entrance not indicated, hidden behind an overgrowing hedge. Urgent gardening needed, overgrowing parking lot. Looks shabby. Not inviting, not maintained. Overall first impression that you are not honestly welcome. At least we didn't. Torn towels. Urgent investments suggested.

Good b'fast. Very quiet. Next to the Rhine River. Spa nearby. Dowtown restaurants in a walkable distance.

hard to check in, lobby is in restaurant, no one answered messages, not friendly staff, bathroom was kind of gross, very expensive based on how bad the hotel was.

It was clean and in a lovely location. Pretty town to walk through. Bed was comfortable except for the sheets.

Staff was abrupt, really didn't seem to like that we spoke no German. She, refused to tell us the wifi password - insisted on entering it into our phones herself. Although once you left reception then the wifi dropped in and out so I guess it didn't matter that you couldn't reconnect. The beds had rough sheets made of terry cloth, very uncomfortable so I slept on top of the duvet. We went to eat dinner in the restaurant and were told it was closed even though we could see people at the tables.
