Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.es ist sauber und ordentlich Das Essen am Abend ist hervorragend, das Frühstück ist gut und vielfältig , auch Hafermilch war vorhanden. Das Hotel ist mitten in der Stadt, daher für Besichtigungen sehr gut geeignet. Durch die Fußgängerzone trotzdem ruhig.

Die Zimmer sind etwas dunkel und ein bisschen im alten Stil eingerichtet.

Locatie prima. Leuk stadje. Aardige mensen, Prima ontbijt.

1. De kamer leek een tijd niet gebuikt waardoor de afvoeren in de badkamer erg stonken, We hebben goed doorgespoeld en een paar uur later was het weg. 2. Het was oud-en-nieuw en helaas was er vuurwerk tot diep in de nacht. Dat was jammer want we juist voor het vuurwerk uit Nederland 'gevlucht'. Kan het hotel niet veel aan doen. 3. Het eten was zeer goed, maar we konden alleen kiezen voor twee best prijzige menu's wat voor ons eigenlijk te veel was.
