Hotel Mayer

Me han gustado muchas cosas !. El comedor es precioso parece de los bridgerton. El buffet del desayuno es espectacular, todo muy rico y con gran variedad para elegir a tu gusto. La habitación muy cómoda y con espacio más que suficiente para dos personas. Además tiene una piscina muy bonita.

Todo me gustó mucho.

Originally, we booked a single room via Booking.com for Euro320 for our entire stay. Since we had one additional person joining last minute, we wanted to upgrade the room to a double room via Booking.com. However, this property did not allow to make any upgrade changes on booking.com. We then checked the properties Website, where the double room price was listed at Euro400. At time of check-in, we wanted to pay the Euro80 difference in cash for the double room. The lady at the front desk said she would have to charge us Euro430, because the booking was made via Booking.com. We told her, that only the single room was booked via Booking.com, not the upgrade to the double room and that the hotel is not paying Booking.com for a double room, but for the original single room reservation. They CHEATED us!!!! Not only did they ask us to pay Euro110.00 more, they gave us a bill of Euro440!!!!! This Hotel Meyer owes us Euro110. In addition, the room and bathroom was never cleaned the ENTIRE stay (no fresh towels), although we placed the sign on the door to 'please clean the room'. We have family here in Germering and wanted to trial the Hotel for a business event for which we needed quite a few rooms. In all our domestic and international travels, we have never been CHEATED! Poor and unprofessional service and behavior by the front desk staff. I do hope that Booking.com asks for the fee of a double room booking.

Die nette ältere Dame und der freundliche ju beim Eincheckenund der freundliche junge Mann an der Rezeption, der mir die Wolldecke gegeben hat, die gemütliche Lobby und der Frühstücksraum sowie das Frühstück.

Zimmer und Dusche waren extrem klein und die Möblierung sowie das Bett sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Außerdem war eine Gruppe von jungen Männern im Schwimmbad, die das Schwimmbad quasi für sich beansprucht haben. Es gab nur ein extrem weiches Kissen und eine weitere Decke (Wolldecke) erst auf Anfrage. Die andere Decke war sehr dünn. Eine, zugegebenerweise erst nachträgliche Beschwerde meinerseits darüber an der Rezeption, führte zu der Aussage der Rezeptionistin, es gäbe diese Gruppe nicht im Hotel und man könne da eher nichts machen.

Ein gutes Frühstück Büfett mit allem was nötig ist um ausreichend satt zu werden, teilweise schafft man es nicht alles zu probieren. Sehr nettes Personal in allen Bereichen. Großer Pool mit einer Sauna - allerdings nur für eine Person.
