Please note that there is an extra charge of €35 per night per dog when traveling with dogs. Please note that the free WiFi is only available in the main building. Note : To avoid any confusion about the location: the property cannot be reached by car, as it is located between the Seebach holiday home and the lake promenade. If you are arriving by car, the address for the property's car park is: Robert-Blum-Platz. There are marked parking bays on the front. The driveway is reachable on the right at Ostseeallee 22 or on the left at Ostseeallee 17. ( The cost per night is 13,50€ subject to availability). A deposit may be required at the property.

Die Lage war super Ich Zentrumsnah

Check in lt. Booking.com 15 Uhr, im Hotel wurden wir auf 16 Uhr vertröstet. Nach Erhalt des Zi.Schlüssels um 16 Uhr (1 Std. gewartet) war das Zimmer noch so wie es der Vorgast verlassen hat. Es war nicht gereinigt. Nochmal ne Std. gewartet. Frühstück: Es war nur einmal möglich an einem sauberen Tisch platz zu nehmen. Jeden Tag warten auf das Reinigen des Esstisches. Es gab nur Aufbackbrötchen, mit dürftigen Büfett. Die eine Person im Frühstücksservice, war total überlastet. Ständig fehlte irgendetwas (Besteck, Tee, Wasser, Käse, Butter etc.) Schmutzige Teller. Dadurch kein angenehmes frühstücken. Das ständige entschuldigen der Servicekraft bei uns und anderen Gästen, wegen eines Missstands beschäftigte sie zusätzlich.
