Great room

A very disorganised hotel 1. Tables not re-laid for fresh guest arrivals at breakfast 2. Booked a taxi that never arrived 3. Booked dinner - clearly not expected when I arrive - had to wait for a table to be set ... grudgingly 4. Dinner order taken by an incompetent. Ordered soup plus main ... soup never came, main showed and I was expected to forget the soup ... I did not! Some staff have an attitude problem. Management needs to 'get a grip'

Die Lage im Ort war super. Waren mit Fahrrädern da, die wir in einer Garage sicher abstellen konnten. Lademöglichkeit für E-Bikes vorhanden. Bett & Bike Hotel Frühstücksbuffet mit allem, was man braucht. Kaffeeautomat mit Wahlmöglichkeiten. Im Restaurant kann man auch gut essen. Zimmer groß, Dusche gut

Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Das Restaurant ist für das Abendessen ebenfalls empfehlenswert. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir sicher in einem verschlossenen Raum abstellen.

Der Preis für die Ůbernachtung ist recht hoch.

"Klasse Hotel mit schönem Ambiente"

Eine sehr herzliche Begrüßung bei unserer Ankunft. Sehr schöne Unterkunft in zentraler Lage, unweit vom Neckarufer und vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten:) Rundum super liebes Personal, an Freundlichkeit und Fürsorge nicht zu übertreffen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
