Able to control the air conditioning

Strong cigarettes smell Have to share the lift with the apartment residents so its always crowded.

-The best location we couldn't ask for . The metro station (exitD) is just the corner. Same as Family mart , lunkin coffee and local restaurants . Many choices of department store around the area . -The room is clean and comfy enough. -Free laundry machine service. -The helpful staffs

-the hotel didn't have a "real" non-smoking room , it always has someone around who smoke . It should be better if the hotel can manage the non-smoking zone or floor . -it will confused at the first time you need to find how to get there to a lobby , it's on 7th floor of the building. If you come from the Metro exit D , just turn left twice and you will see the entrance to elevators.

Not that clean, my room was supposed to have a window and it was on a water tank which made noise the whole time l.

Location near metro stop top

No english speaker at the reception. The bed was not the best but overall the room was ok

staff does not speak english and so they could not help me or guide me where to go.

Location n clean rooms

Limited lift access. High volume of passengers.
