"Sensationell"

Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit traumhafter Lage direkt am Hafen. Der Pool auf der Dachterrasse und der Ausblick von dort ist einfach spektakulär. Auch die Möglichkeit, direkt am Wasser zu sitzen ist einfach herrlich. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und meine Dackeldame wurde von allen Mitarbeitern verwöhnt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder

Leider habe ich ein Zimmer ohne Klimaanlage gebucht-das war aber mein Fehler. Da war es natürlich ziemlich warm. Nächstes Mal achte ich darauf

Sehr schöne Lage direkt am Hafen des Bodensees. Schöner Wellnessbereich im Untergeschoss. Gutes Frühstück

Keinerlei Parkmöglichkeiten in Hotelnähe. Wellnessdachbereich und Pool darf nur nackt! Betreten werden. (Sorry wer hat sich das einfallen lassen). Teilweise merkt man dem haus das alter an.

"Stay away and beware. Place is nothing like it is advertised. Waste of money."

Location was nice.

Rooftop “pool” is nothing more than a two person jacuzzi, very small. Rooftop is nude only (not a hug deal, but did not know that when booking, and there were people up there with bathing suits when my wife and I went up nude). Some staff were exceptionally rude. Asked for extra pillows and the woman had a terrible attitude about it. Parking. Was told the local parking was full (again, not as advertised at all), and was given a spot several blocks away, not east at all with luggage. Was told the spot was free of charge when given the gate opener, however, when I checked out the ride receptionist told me I would be charged $26 Euro for the spot. Complete ripoff, and in my mind, extortion. If I had the card I used to book the room in, I would have frozen the card on tha spot and reported fraud, which I feel it is. Terrible experience all around, very unhappy with the whole situation and the place ruined our stay in Lindau. Waste of.money.

"Bitte Benutzung vom Dachpool genau auf der HP vom Hotel studieren."

Lage direkt an der Uferpromenade.

Das Zimmer roch extrem nach Zitrone.Wahrscheinlich von einem Putzmittel.Auch nach stundenlangen Öffnen des Fensters UND DER ZIMMERTÜRE konnte der Geruch nicht beseitigt werden.Das war sehr frustrierend. Noch weniger gefallen hat uns die Beschreibung der Benutzung vom Dachpool .Sie entsprach nicht der Beschreibung bei booking.com.
