grosses Hotel das viele Möglichkeiten bietet

Der Buchungsprozess war sehr kompliziert und durch ein zusätzliches E-Mail von Booking sehr verwirrlich ohne Vorankündigung konnte ich das Zimmer erst um 18.00 beziehen (musste ca 45min in der Loby warten, man hat mir nicht einmal ein Getränk angeboten) Die Deutschkenntnisse des Personals war begrenzt

das Frühstück war mit das beste im Sonnenhof , für alle Geschmäcker etwas dabei , so wie es sein sollte . Unterhaltungsprogramm ist vielseitig .

im Bereich Speisen und Getränke , im Sonnenhof gibt es mehrere Restaurants die einige Speisen und Getränke zu unterschiedlichen Preisen anbieten ( keine gleichen Preise ). Zuviel eigen Werbung für mein Geschmack ,

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Grosses Angebot. Die Wellness Anlage ist auch super.

Die Lage ist ohne Auto katastrophal. Total abgelegen, kein Bus, kein Bahnhof. Das gesamte Hotel ist alt und sehr düster und verwinkelt (unübersichtlich) im Innern. Die Zimmer sind mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Jedoch sehr sauber. Es ist kein Hotel für Langzeiturlaub.

Petit déjeuner grandiose maïs œufs servis froids !

Chambre petite et mal isolé , wifi et TV aléatoire 45 minutes d’attente à la réception pour recevoir les clés malgré un règlement d’avance ! Personnel Peu souriant, rapport qualité prix décevant par rapport a d’autres hôtels fréquentés en forêt noire ou surtout l’AUTRICHE ..
