"A basic budget hotel but quite adequate for a short stay."

It was ideally situated for our purpose and other options were not available. The staff we saw where very welcoming. You can’t fault the breakfast, if you leave hungry that’s your fault. Great value for money with the included breakfast. Close by to various eating places along the Main Street.

They appear to have an external key safe for arrivals when the hotel is unattended which is a practical solution except we were not informed of this or indeed given a key code therefore could not get our room key. Fortunately some one working there was able to get the proprietor to attend and give us our room key. The booking.com procedure does not appear to include this vital piece of check in data. The rooms are basic and a tad rundown but it looks like improvements are under way.
