Das Hotel liegt zentral zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zum Park Karlsaue. Es gibt auch viele Cafés und Restaurants in der Nähe. Wir fanden auch wichtig, dass wir hinter dem Haus parken konnten. Wir hatten ein großes, helles und geräumiges Zimmer. Das Bett (Matratze) war sehr gut.

Das Hotel liegt sehr gunstig im Zentrum, die Karlsauer und Documenta Gelände zu Fuß erreichbar, Parkplatze hinter dem Haus, eine nette Weinbar in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft.

Es gab zwar Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher, aber keine Teebeutel, nur zwei Kaffeekapseln.
