The staff was so friendly (I met A German Syrian Guy called Hadi and was extremely supportive), location is good, near to Town center and a lot of restaurants, breakfast was good as well

The Room facilities when it comes to light, TV & cooling option in the room, as well no one at reception and doors closed early which is not giving a friendly feeling

Everything was superb! We had a one-bedroom suite that was beautifully appointed, like the rest of the hotel. The bed was the best we have had in Germany. The restaurant was excellent and the staff very attentive without hovering. This was a winery stop for us, so provided a very relaxing place to spend the weekend. The hotel is in the middle of the old city but easy to reach from the main highway. The central location afforded easy walking distance to local museums, wineries and scenery. The hotel grounds were very pretty and accessible (see photo of large open area with seating and gardens). Parking was secure inside the hotel gates.

The bathroom had a tub/shower combination that was a bit difficult for me to manage. At our age we would have preferred a walk-in shower.
