Ein defekter Fernseher und das Gespräch mit dem Service dazu war unterirdisch. Als Wiedergutmachung des defekten Gerätes eine Stornierung anzubieten ist indiskutabel . Vor allem beim Buchen von drei Zimmern.

Gute Lage, wenn man denn reingelassen wird

Der Zugangscode hat nicht funktioniert und niemand war telefonisch oder per Email erreichbar. Andere Gäste haben uns hinein gelassen. Das Zimmer war nicht gemacht, Schimmel in der Dusche. Wir haben 1,5 Stunden gewartet bis jemand vom Hotel kam um dann festzustellen, dass das Problem mit dem Zugangscode nicht behoben werden kann, der Chef sei nicht erreichbar. In der Zwischenzeit hätten wir gerne Fernseh geschaut, doch leider funktionierte dieser ebenfalls nicht. Wir haben uns schlussendlich dazu entschieden ein anderes Hotel zu buchen. Fehler können passieren, aber wie damit umgegangen wurde war nicht akzeptabel.
