The room was clean and it was good that breakfast was included.

I would like a partition and not just one common room.A little expensive

It’s history and quirkiness . Lady in the restaurant was delightful.

Bit off the beaten track but that wasn’t a major problem. Reception was unmanned so just an envelope left with the key. Not the best welcome. It wasn’t a problem really but food was served in a separate building and as our command of German is limited this was not expected.

Good sized room (suite booked for 3 people), clean. Good breakfast. Decent stopover.

A bit dated room thus a bit smelly. Also the smell at the entrance (due to the open gym on the ground floor) wasn’t great. I was happy that the breakfast was served elsewhere.

The casual vibe and very friendly, helpful staff. The front desk staff made several phone calls to local places we wanted to see but were closed. She found people who knew people who were happy to accommodate us. The quality of our stay in Hille was enhanced 150% because of her help! It was very quiet. The food was great.
