The location is very good with public transportation right in front on the hotel. Rooms are clean and modern. The hotel staff at reception are all amazing and very friendly

Das Hotel war Kinderfreundlich, beide haben kostenlos übernachtet und gefrühstückt. Die Lage ist gut, direkt im Zentrum und Straba vor der Tür

Das Zimmer war Schmutzig, und es besteht Reparaturstau. Siehe Fotos. Übrigens wurde die kaputte Stange bereits in einer Bewertung im Januar 26 moniert (jetzt ist Juni). Wir haben für 4 Personen gebucht, jedoch nur 3 Kissen und decken im Zimmer gehabt. Unter dem klapprigen Sofa lag eine Schmutzige Socke von unseren Vorgängern(oder vor vorgängern??) Wir haben 2 Nächte übernachtet, und das Zimmer wurde nicht zwischengereinigt. Soetwas setze ich in einem Hotel vorraus, der Müll wird geleert und Betten werden gemacht. Es sollte dringend abgestaubt werden. Auf Dunklen Möbeln sieht man Staub besonders gut.. es sind in den Zimmern auch nur 2 Stühle. Ovwohl 3 Betten da sind. das Frühstück war ok, jedoch sollte auch dort dringend eine Grundreinigung durchgeführt werden. Es war schimmeliges Brot im Brotkorb. Und es gab eine große Auswahl an Müsli und Cornflakes. Aber keinen Joghurt. Die Marmelade wird nicht kühl gelagert. Sie steht im Frühstücksraum sogar nachts.

The location of the hotel is central. It is practically in the city centre. You can access supermarkets, malls, and restaurants, bars and lounges, and clubs at a walking distance.

The customer service is terrible. The receptionist and manager (same Carribean lady) is not polite. My room was hot, and did not have a fan. I needed to complain before I was offered a fan. The drain in the shower was faulty and water in the bathroom was not flowing well. The room was not clean as it was dusty. The TV is super old, no smart TV. I stayed in room 434. My access key malfunctioned when I went out and returned at midnight. There was no receptionist to assist. No one picked up the emergency numbers of the hotel. I was stranded and slept outside. The receptionist and manager lacks empathy. She kept me waiting for over 30 minutes before attending to me, and told me that it was not her problem that the access key and door malfunctioned. I received no apologies. I felt dehumanised. I could have shared photos but my experience at the hotel was so traumatizing that I had to leave as soon as possible.
