La posizione abbastanza centrale in un quartiere tranquillo.

Le lenzuola erano pulite, ma macchiate di giallo e il copripiumino non era pulitissimo. Lo scarico del lavandino era macchiato di giallo e il water non è stato ben pulito. Il personale, benché abbia chiesto a più riprese, di inviarmi i codici per fare il check in in autonomia, perché temevo eventuali problemi di linea internet, me li hanno inviati un' ora prima di atterrare! Mai successa una cosa simile in nessun' altra parte del mondo!

"Ich würde dort nicht wieder buchen."

Das Zimmer lag zu einer ruhigen Seite! Das Zimmer war sauber.

Es gab weder einen Stuhl noch einen Tisch zum Sitzen im Zimmer. Das Zimmer wurde während der drei Tage nicht gereinigt, z.B.. Papierkorb geleert..... Es gab auch sonst keine Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten im Hotel, um sich zu treffen.

Bezahlt und dann stand ich vor geschlossenen Türen und bin nicht reingekommen und das Geld hab ich auch nicht zurück bekommen bis heute nicht

"Don't book last minute - instructions for late checkin are nonexistent, and staff unavailable"

Location and price

Didn't receive that checkin instructions, and contacting the property, their response was, see the instruction video on booking.com But there was NO video and even Booking priority support (I am highest reward level) could not find any instructions posted. So my friend was on the street 3 hours
