Zeer praktisch hotel voor onderweg. Ligt naast de snelweg, maar toch rustige kamers. Heel dicht bij veel leuke restaurants in Baden-Baden.

Schlüssel Übergabe mit Schlüsselbox funktionierte problemlos.

In dem Zimmer war ein unerträglicher Gestank nach Abwasser. Zum Personal kann ich nichts sagen, da die Schlüssel über Box mit PIN vergeben werden. Wenn jemand da gewesen wäre hätte ich mein Geld zurück gefordert und wäre weiter gefahren.

Es gibt keine eigene Rezpetion, sondern man muss im Coffee-Shop den Schlüssel abholen. Ich hatte eine enorme Verspätung von 6h mit der DB, anstatt um 17:17 Uhr war ich erst kurz vor 23:00 an meinem Ziel in Baden-Baden. Während der Fahrt schrieb ich dem Motel via Booking.com und via E-Mail eine Anfrage, wie ich den Zimmerschlüssel bei so einer späten Ankunft erhalten soll. Da das Büro bereits ab 15:00 Uhr geschlossen ist (was ich nicht wusste), erhielt ich keine Antwort. Mein Prepaid Guthaben war wegen eines Anrufs aus der Schweiz auf 0, so konnte ich nicht anrufen. Ich bat dann meine Tochter anzurufen, was sie dann tat. So erhielt ich die Nummer der Schlüsselbox und den entspr. Code. Etwas doof ist es schon, dass nach 15:00 Uhr keine Mails etc. beantwortet werden.

Dass es keine eigene Rezeption mehr gibt.
