I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The staff are incredibly rude and unprofessional. What was most frustrating is their clear favoritism and lack of organization; they would give some guests their rooms immediately, while making others wait for hours without any valid reason. The service is slow and the staff's attitude is unwelcoming. There were many other issues that made this experience a disaster. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place!"
