DECheck-in unkompliziert, freundliches Personal. Lage im Gewerbegebiet (gute Infrastruktur um das Hotel); Ausreichend Parkmöglichkeit am Hotel, Nahversorgung direkt nebenan. Zentrum ca. 1,8 Km entfernt. Neumarkt ist einen Besuch wert, schöne Altstadt, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
BEPerfect little spot for a short stop over on a long north-south journey. Late check in was possible and the staff were super accommodating with the date change request. I just stayed one short night so can't say anything about the hotel facilities as I didn't use them, but the room was comfortable.

Reception is written to be available till 8 p.m. At 18:45 no one was in the hotel at all. All the keys from rooms are laying freely - come, pick it up and go Room was completely different from the photos. See photos: expected and what I got. Everything super old, stinky, bad mattress etc. I could not complain because no one was in the hotel. Also, see screenshot: rooms are supposed to be located in the basement. My was on the 2nd floor! Price for the room was only about 8-9 € less per nights then other city hotels. Try to other ones, not this. Would not recommend.
GBDas Zimmer war sauber, ruhige Lage nach hinten raus, das Bad sehr schön, leider im unteren Geschoss, dort hat es sehr nach Keller (muffig, feucht, verschimmelt) gerochen… unverständlich, dass man dort Gäste unterbringt, bitte schicken Sie dort keine Gäste mehr hin

Not expected we needed to check in by phone while the person talking showed disinterest.
Rezeption ist Nachmittags und Abends nie besetzt. Kreditkarten werden einfach belastet ohne Einwilligung. Zimmer sind sehr alt und nicht klimatisiert.Betten durchgelegen. Flecken im Teppichboden ansonsten ist das Zimmer sauber Minibar gibt es ebenfalls nicht. Eine stark befahrene Landstraße rundet das Bild ab was ein lüften durch den Lärm ebenfalls erschwert. Pool Golfplatz Fittnesraum und Angelteich gibt es nicht. Restaurant dauerhaft geschlossen. Die große Terrasse ist dadurch nicht nutzbar. Es gibt einen. Getränkeautomaten im Hotel aber die Preise hier sind viel zu hoch. Nebenan liegt ein Edeka Fußläufig ist auch ein MC Donalds , eine Tankstelle, ein Elektromarkt und ein Möbelhaus erreichbar. Parkplätze sind kostenlos aber nur in sehr geringer Anzahl verfügbar. Servicepersonal ist unfreundlich . Beschreibung und Realität stimmen hier nicht überein. Für den Preis ( 90 Euro für ein kleines Doppelzimmer) findet man bessere Hotels. Dieses Hotel ist eine absolute Frechheit. Ich empfehle jedem dieses Hotel zu meiden
